Composition:

100% Polyester fiber, adhesive.

Application:

Be made of 100% polyester, dipping in chemical bond and drying. The tensile strength is excellent as the fiber be carded enough. It be used for more tensile strength and more air-permeable fabric. Be used for making the electrical insulating materials, Semi-conductive tapes and Water-blocking tapes. It’s a kind of filter fabric. Material selection is based on the strength and thickness requirement for the particular application.

Thickness : From 0.14mm to 030mm

Tensile strength : From 15N/cm to 60 N/cm

Elongation : 10% to 12%

Short-term stability : 230 ℃

Long-term stability : 90 ℃

Moisture content : ≤1.5 %
